Whisper LS hydrophilic wire supported by 1,5/15 Voyager balloon were used to cross the lesion. Big difficulties while crossing the lesion because of aneurysmatic dilatation of proximal part of Cx. Supported wire easily passed to the distal part of the vessel without any serious resistance. But it went subintimal in the plague distal to main one. It wasn't recognized by operator.
