Treatment:  1. Wiring LAD

                     2. Monofram iv (ReoPro like Russian drug)

                     3. Prourokinaze 1/3 intracoronary, 2/3 iv (thrombolyses agent)

Result after 90 minutes. Some thrombus are still in proximal LAD.

I tried to remove remaining thrombus in proximal LAD by Export XT 6F catheter. I made 6 suction with moving catheter through thrombus and rotating it but without any effect on thrombus. Here is result after suction.
