I decided not to stent LAD because AMI already happened, long diffuse disease, thrombus in non diseased proximal LAD with high probability of distal embolization. I make multiple 2,5/20 balloon inflation along LAD to improve coronary flow.

This is final result, but flow is TIMI 2 or TIMI1.
