4 months after Q-wave AMI.  Positive stress test showed 1,5 mm ST elevation in leads V3-V5 on 100 Watt. Here you can see SPECT stress and rest images that revealed fibrous-muscular aneurism that involves 5-7% of myocardium, cardiac callosity of about 20% of myocardium and 10-12% of reversible ischemia in apical and anterior-lateral segments of LV. LV is dilated up to 184 ml EDV and EF is low as 34%.
