This is coronarography of a 23 years old male. He is a smoker, not obese (BMI  is about 27-28), no alcohol and drugs consumption. AMI happened at night without and emotional or physical stress and was recognized 3 days later. He had a very slight elevation of thrombocytes, which was considered by our hematologist as acceptable.
